Meridian Blueprint Consulting conducts a comprehensive Emergency Management Assessment to evaluate its readiness to prevent, prepare for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate emergencies. The assessment is designed to provide executive leadership with a clear, objective understanding of current capabilities, compliance status, and priority improvement areas.
The assessment framework aligns with the Texas Division of Emergency Management (TDEM) requirements, the Texas Disaster Act of 1975, applicable Texas Administrative Code, FEMA and NIMS standards, and recognized local government best practices. The outcome will be a set of practical, fundable, and operationally realistic recommendations that support both immediate improvements and long-term resilience.
